HARVEY SMITH

Harvey Smith is a video game director, designer, and writer who has been working professionally since 1993.

He currently serves as Studio Director at Arkane Austin, and is co-creative director on the upcoming title REDFALL.

Previously, Smith held key roles on the Dishonored games, the original Deus Ex series, and other titles. Along the way, those games, and the teams that made them, have won or been nominated for numerous game of the year accolades, multiple BAFTAs, and a variety of other awards. Smith has spoken at conferences around the world, including the Game Developers’ Conference, MiGS, SxSW, E3, QuakeCon and other conferences on topics that include game design, level design, mentoring, and team leadership.
